The North West Stage School (NWSS) was formed to enable young people to receive professional training in the performance arts, as a basis for entry into the industry, and further development at drama school, university, school, college, or as a hobby.

Classes
Classes are held every Sunday morning, and run from September to July with breaks for Christmas, Easter, and Summer.

NWSS has a team of professional directors, choreographers, musical directors, and production staff with a collective experience in theatre of over 100 years. Each staff member is a professional in the industry and has a passion for teaching children and young people the skills they need to be successful.
​
During a normal class day, students will take part in Acting, Singing, and Dancing classes with each class lasting an hour. ​
​
In addition, students will get the ability to take part in various masterclasses throughout the year and perform in dedicated productions on the NWTAC Theatre Stage.

Fees
It has always been NWTAC’s intention that the Stage School should be inclusive, rather than exclusive. To achieve this, NWTAC works hard to maintain the fees at an affordable rate. Payment plans are available to spread the cost.
