TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to North West Theatre Arts Company CIC ("NWTAC," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing and using our website (the "Website") to purchase tickets or engage with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms").
Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By accessing the Website or purchasing tickets, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website.
2. Ticket Purchases
2.1 Third-Party Ticket Sales
NWTAC does not sell tickets directly through its Website. All ticket purchases are processed through third-party suppliers, including TicketSource and occasionally Groupon. By purchasing tickets through these platforms, you are also subject to their respective terms and conditions.
2.2 Sales Finality
All ticket sales are final. Once a purchase is confirmed, tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled, except as required by law or under the conditions outlined by TicketSource or Groupon.
2.3 Pricing and Availability
Ticket prices are set by NWTAC and are subject to change without notice. Availability of tickets is not guaranteed until a purchase is completed on TicketSource or Groupon.
2.4 Delivery
Tickets will be delivered electronically via email or through the TicketSource or Groupon platform. We are not responsible for delays or non-receipt caused by inaccurate information provided by you.
2.5 Responsibility
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check that the information contained on the tickets is accurate prior to their attendance at the event.
It is also the purchaser’s responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, NWTAC will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation. NWTAC do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.
2.6 Children Under 3 Years Old
The ticket holder has a right only to a seat of a value corresponding to that stated on the ticket and NWTAC or the venue reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the tickets.
2.7 Concession Rates
A concessionary priced ticket is available for children between 4 and 16 years, persons 65 years and over, and access customers.
3. Event Changes and Cancellations
3.1 Event Changes
Theatre productions and event schedules may be subject to change without prior notice. Tickets are sold subject to NWTAC or the venue’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets. Any updates will be communicated via TicketSource, Groupon, our social media, or the contact details you provide during purchase.
3.2 Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be offered seats at any rescheduled performance (subject to availability) up to the face value of the tickets or, if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled performance or the performance is not rescheduled, a refund. Refunds for tickets purchased prior to the date of the original event will be given up to the face value of the tickets purchased. The purchaser must enclose unused tickets and comply with any other reasonable instructions of NWTAC. For accounting purposes unused tickets must be received within 28 days from the date of the cancelled performance. This does not affect the purchaser’s statutory rights. NWTAC regret that unless this paragraph applies tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
3.3 Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, pandemics, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
4. Resale and Transfer
4.1 Tickets are issued for personal use only and may not be resold, transferred, or offered for resale at a price higher than the original purchase price without prior consent from TicketSource or Groupon. Unauthorized resale or transfer may result in ticket cancellation without refund.
5. Admission Policy
5.1 Entry Requirements
Admission to the theatre may be subject to specific conditions, including age restrictions, dress codes, or health and safety requirements.
5.2 Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may not be admitted until an appropriate break in the performance, and entry is at the sole discretion of theatre staff.
5.3 Prohibited Items
Weapons, alcohol, drugs, recording devices, dogs (except guide dogs), and other items deemed disruptive are prohibited inside the venue. Patrons in possession of such items may be refused entry or ejected from the premises.
5.4 Refusal of Entry
NWTAC reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations. The venue management may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Code of Conduct
6.1 Code of Conduct
Patrons are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, performers, and other attendees. Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or other violations of the theatre’s code of conduct may result in ejection without refund. The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Tapes or films may be destroyed.

The NWTAC and the venue accept no responsibility for any personal property.
