YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

HOW MUCH SPACE DO YOU NEED?

All we require is a hall or similar space with at least one power socket. Our set size varies, and upon booking, we will send out an email to confirm the accurate size of the space needed for your production.  Our teams have extensive experience setting up in halls of all shapes and sizes. Upon arrival, we will coordinate with your staff to determine the best and safest setup location, ensuring minimal disruption to lunches and other activities as needed.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP?

Our setup involves unloading all equipment from the van into your hall, assembling the sets, and conducting a thorough sound check to ensure optimal levels for your venue while adhering to strict Health & Safety standards. This process typically takes the team around 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the available space and access.

ARE YOUR PERFORMANCES SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL AND ADDITIONAL NEEDS (SEND)?

Our teams are highly skilled in adapting and modifying productions to meet the audience's needs upon request. Our vibrant and interactive sets and costumes create an engaging experience. Sensory meet and greet with the cast or ‘touch tours’ are just some of the things we can offer to make your performance accesible for all - get in touch with our team to discuss your requirements today!

ARE YOUR STAFF DBS CHECKED?

All of our staff carry up to date Disclosure Certificates and photographic ID. We hold full public liability & employers insurance, each to the value of £10 million. Equipment is PAT tested annually.
